Cardio Drumming

Wednesdays at 2:15pm at Bates School. Bonnie Mullinex is a certified Drums Alive instructor who has been teaching for three years. All equipment will be provided. Please remember to bring water. Cardio Drumming can be done seated or standing. Music is everything from big band to funk, which is designed to get you moving while having fun. Free to members.
